Minutes for the January Meeting were approved as written.
Selectman's meeting
– Everything is approved
– It will be put on 2 Articles on the warrant at the Special Town Meeting.
Picnic Tables at Greene Park
- Will be put on next years budget
Skating Party
– We can't get a tent for the event.
– Gary will bring soda and water in coolers
– Julio will talk to the Monterey store and the Roadside to solicit entries for the Chili Cook-off
– Julio to buy hot dogs, buns, condiments, Bowls, spoons and napkins
– Gary to bring 2 Tables
– Gary will order and pick up doughnut holes and hot chocolate.
– Chili cook-off will be in the fire house
Lifeguards
– Berkshire South is having a Lifeguard Training during April Vacation
– Kelly will put ads in for lifeguards in Shopper's Guide in March
